Finally figured out what happened to my refund. I still dont have it. Well see if I actually get it. They claim they tried to put refund through. I dont have a reason to doubt them. That would have been 3 weeks ago. I tired emailing them and all emails, even today, come back as deliverable. I had a chat session 2 weeks ago and the guy told me they would take care of it. I called them and after fighting on the phone was told the refunds didnt go through. Three weeks and they cant reach out to me. This is not customer service. I wonder if they do this to everyone or I was just unlucky for some reason. The above is true and factual based on what they told me about why I have not received a refund.
