Ordered a Bath vanity. Got a message to pick a delivery date. I did. I received 2 texts back confirming my date and time that I selected. 2 texts! I waited at an empty house for 4 hours. If you call the trucking company you cannot get a " Live " person. No help from houzz! I have called 6 times no help. they promised to call me back and do not. I call the other day while she was calling trucking company and sat on hold for 29 min. Its been a week already and still nothing. Called this AM asked for a supervisor was on hold for a few min. and she said the supervisor was busy and she'd call me back...it's been 7 hours! STILL NO CALL! NEVER AGAIN!!! persoooooooo pe person. User's recommendation: Order from WAYFAIR! Stay away from HOUZZ.
