Still havnt gottwn my wheels and tires

About a year ago gibbons ford in dickson city pa sent my wheels to be refinished. Meanwhile, they lost my tires. I spoke with ford corporate and they agreed to buy me new tires. Gibbons still has not called me back so i can receive my wheels and tires can u please contact the dealership and see how we can get this resolved.
