I was to receive a card in May and here we are in September and I STILL DO NOT HAVE A CARD. They keep taking fees out and so far I am out $18.00 of the original amount. I can not get anywhere with customer service. I keep getting put on hold and then disconnected. I can not get a phone number to call someone else besides the customer service idiots. User's recommendation: Stay away from MONEY NETWORK!!
