Still have not been reimbursed for Mrp’s cellphone scam!

Good day, Please have someone get in contact with me for Mrp poor customer service and terrible communication. Please kindly note that I paid my account via cellphone and in Jan when the money did not reflect I complained and everyone at mrp told me it was a systems error. I paid my account and this scam that mrp is running is unacceptable. My account has not yet been credited from January! So please have someone contact me immediately!!! Please tell me how mrp scammed everyone and got away with this? Every customer service agent refused to give me their name, so tell me how else am I supposed to get my money back? I'm paying off my debt and closing my account as you guys are one pathetic store with terrible customer service! Half a year and i still have not been reimbursed. Kind regards
