HubSpot doesn't require one. I wonder why. I wanted to give them another try because I was getting in on a deal with some of the systems set up so I could avoid the "confusionsoft" issue from years ago. I was told by the consultant I could cancel. I tried... it didn't work and am now being told... I have to pay $544.03 to cancel If I do have to pay, I will be certain to never give them another try and convert as many people as I can to HubSpot which I find very easy to use and have not had to hire a developer for anything yet.
