I attempted contact over SEVEN times since November when I was informed that delivery would occur the week of November 23. I cannot get anyone to return a call to the voice messages I leave; a response to e-mails sent thru your website that says contact us; nor does anyone answer the phone (the greeting on the phone says that you will return on Monday, October 19 it is quite past that date). I understand All Steel Carport had to close down due to Covid in the facility however, it is now 2 months since the initial install date. I need a status as to when the install date will now occur i.e., how far behind ARE you? I finally spoke to Theresa on January 7, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. who stated that a shipment is coming to Michigan next week and I should receive a call on Monday or Tuesday for install, but she could not confirm. I further requested that a scheduler call me to advise of this as I require more than 1-2 days notice of delivery due to my work schedule. At this point, as I have not yet received any clear indication of a pending delivery date or a firm status for a future date from the initial contact stating that delivery would be the week of November 23, 2020, I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. I paid a deposit to have this carport installed and to wait for close to 4 months without no contact from your company is a bit concerning. UPDATE: As of January 14 at 1414 hours, I was informed that All Steel Carports is no longer in business. North Edge Steel has now taken over the company. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE ADVISE AS TO STATUS OF DELIVERY? We have been waiting for this install since November, long before the snow started flying! I tried to call North Edge Steel, and once again, was transferred to another line to leave a voice mail message without even being asked my name or any other information by the individual who answered the phone at least someone DID answer the line! User's recommendation: Check with a local company for options!
