I purchased a ring set for my wife's birthday in November 2014.The pronges on the ring would not hold some of the diamonds. Needless to say we lost some and this is within a couple of months of purchasing it. We sent in the ring to Steven Singers and all of this time I was under the impression all they do is in house. NOT THE CASE. They buy from a dealer or manufacturer. So they sent to the "Manufacturer for repair and replace. They had the ring for two months. So once again the ring is falling apart which I shipped back to them. Ring has been there 3 plus weeks and still do not have an answer to what their next move is to get this resolved. I don't want that ring back, I would be willing to pick a different solid center stone ring but they say it is twice the price of my $4300.00 purchase . Now I am to the point of just a refund "COMPLETE" Instead of having to deal with this tossing me around.
