STEALING MY MONEY BY GIVING ME MARGIN CALLS WITHOUT NOTIFICATION!

VANGUARD TOOK AWAY MY PHONE PRIVILEGES WHEN ONE OF THEIR WOMAN EMPLOYEES MADE MISTAKES FOR THREE MONTHS IN MY PERSONAL ACCOUNT. ALSO VANGUARD HAS BEEN TAKING MONEY OUT OF MY PERSONAL ACCOUNT, WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME OF A MARGIN CALL(OVER 29000. DOLLARS)IN JUST ONE INSTANCE! PLEASE NOTIFY THE FCC SO THEY CAN CORRECT ,THIS THEFT! User's recommendation: CALL FCC TO REPORT THEFT FROM YOUR ACCOUNTS, AND FALSE MARGIN CALLS BY VANGUARD EMPLOYEES; MR. CHICK TOOK MY PHONE PRIVELIGES AND COMMITED FRAUD, BY, STALING MONEY FROM MY PERSONAL ACCOUNT WITH FAKE MARGIN CALLS!!
