The shippers could only come during the weekday so I took off a day from work, arranged the delivery with my building & was told they'd be there between 9 & 5. At 6pm, the driver phoned, apologized that he'd driven too many miles that day so I had to take another day off from work to be home & again made arrangements with my building for the delivery. The exact same thing happened. I phoned Craftmatic & was told that the shippers would give me financial compensation for my time & that they would phone me re it. I took off a third day from work & made building arrangements yet again. This time, the driver phoned me in the afternoon & started complaining about where my building was, though he was literally a 5 minute walk away. I told him this. He kept me on the line & complained. Then when he saw my building, he began complaining about where it was located (20 feet away) & that no one had told him it would be like this. He was yelling. I told him that this is a $5,000 bed & I don't need to be treated like this. I cancelled the order & was told that I would receive zero compensation for taking three days off from work. This was supposed to be a "white glove" delivery. Ha!
