My wife ordered Lion King tickets thinking she was ordering from the venue. The tickets were about twice what they were at the auditorium's box office. She didn't realize that so she bought the tickets. When she clicked to buy, they added about $200 more in service charges. Read all the legal terms on the website and you will realize how they are protecting themselves because they are a horrible service.
