Stay FAR, FAR AWAY from this company! They will rip you off with their "average billing" - they promised us it would give the best rate. Yeah, right. Instead, they will put you on their highest rate and charge you out the {{Redacted}} We also made the mistake of signing up for their security system, which again, they promised would give a discount on our bill - the discount was never applied. The people in their customer service dept are nice, but not really helpful. The supervisors aren't willing to do what's right for the customer. When we finally cancelled, they sent us a final bill for over $900 (which we're still fighting with them), even though they've already fleeced us for thousands. I wouldn't even wish these criminals on my worst enemy.
