Stay far away from Elite Motorsports, Sunrise Used Cars and Elite Motor Group. My car was there approx 20 days between the numerous times there and the same problems persist, so they NEVER repaired anything. Elite Motorsports and Sunrise Used Cars are either owned by co-owners Joe, Kai and Sal or they work closely together. Joe from Sunrise Used Cars states he sells cars for Elite Motorsports, Elite Motorsports claims that's not true, and only fixes cars for Joe. Joe at Sunrise answered the phone once after my purchase, and never again returned numerous phone calls. He hides behind his phone because he knows he sold me an unsafe car that should be in a junk yard opposed to being driven. He hides behind his phone and wants nothing to do with you once he is paid for a vehicle. My experience with Joe from Sunrise Used Cars and Kai from Elite Motorsports have been nothing short of a nightmare and I have heard nothing but lies. Not one of them know how to tell the truth because this is what scammers do. I purchased a 2009 vehicle with 47,000 miles on it from these Con Artists and have had nothing but problems from day one. My vehicle shakes/vibrates terribly, check engine light is constantly on, oil is leaking, rear view mirror fell off and broke, truck key part is falling off, and to add insult to injury, I could have been killed two nights ago when one of my tires blew out, and I find out all of the tires are extremely old/outdated and never should have been on a car they were selling. I now need four new tires. They never fixed anything all the times my vehicle was at their shop and was under warranty, since the very same problems persist. I strongly believe they just clear codes to have you believe they were repaired. I also had to incur fees to have a diagnostic performed at Audi, brought the diagnostic to Elite Motorsports, who then states 'Audi are thieves, and don't know what they are doing'. How does a diagnostic test lie? While under warranty, they wouldn't allow me to bring my car there unless I took down my reviews, so that is extortion in my opinion and against the law. Elite Motorsports are NOT Audi experts as they claim. They insisted I didn't even have a DVD player (which I knew I had but wasn't working), yet they insisted I didn't have one. There was a slot for a DVD for God's sake! After arguing with them, they agreed I did have a DVD player. Joe from Sunrise Used Cars insisted that I deal with Sal at Elite Motorsports and not Kai but Sal was never there the times I was there and never available when I called. The one time I did get Joe on the phone, and complained that my vehicle was not being repaired properly, he stated "Well, you should have dealt with Sal and not Kai". All three of these men work closely with one another, or perhaps co-owners yet they speak badly about one-another. Two days ago, I called Kai at EliteMotors and after telling him I am still having the very same problems and that I could have been killed from the outdated/old tires that were on my vehicle, and after insisting he have my vehicle towed and repaired, he tells me he will send a tow truck, he will put me in a rental, I then wait all day for no one to show. I called numerous times and no one answered and/or they would just pick up the phone, and hang up. I then have my sister call to see if they answer and they did, so they were purposely avoiding me. AND, their receptionist FRANK who hung up on me is arrogant and rude, and another liar. Last time I was there, I asked for a copy of their diagnostic test that was ran, and as he pretends to print it up on his computer he states "Oh no, I just accidentally deleted it". Really Frank? Guess he figured, I'm a dummy who would believe him. When I stated "that's convenient" he became nasty. So, this is the kind of people you will deal with. They have deleted my review on their Facebook page and probably deleted a lot of other bad reviews as well. They also blocked me from posting any additional reviews, but the public needs to know the truth and should be forewarned!! Now, I am on a mission for justice and I will not stop until my last breath! If they think they will get away with robbing me, selling me an unsafe car that is falling apart and in my opinion dangerous, they should think again. I will be contacting the Attorney General's Office following this review, and will be taking both Sunrise Used Cars and Elite Motors to Court. The ONLY reason I haven't done so already is because my Father broke his hip and my husband had a stroke, so family issues were my priority, but now they are going to see that they made a HUGE mistake thinking they could rob/con/scam me, especially because I'm a woman. Please read their other reviews, and there are plenty of bad ones (If they haven't deleted them.) I have copies of all of them, if anyone should need to see them. PLEASE HEED MY WARNING! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND SAVE YOURSELF FROM THE MISERY YOU WILL ENDURE!!!
