Stay away from Mac-Gray / CSC Service Works at all cost. I almost never post review for any company unless they are repugnantly bad. Their repair service is virtually non existing. When we call they don't even know who or where we are. The machines are constantly stuck at 6 minutes for unbalance load, leaving all the clothes wet without spins, and there is no way to adjust it. All you can do is to redo the whole load again. Worst, recently, without notice, they raised the price per load and shortened the drying time. It is a clear violating of the contract! I am the Trustee of a condo and I am now actively looking into filing complaints with the Mayor's office, consumer advocacy groups and the AG here in Boston and seeking legal actions. I will lobby the state house to change the contract law (how on earth they allow a company to tie up a consumer with a 8-year contract without any protection?). So to all the condo trustees and owners out there, READ the agreement carefully, these people are evil. They think they are big company who can push people around as they dictate every term in the contract. There are plenty of local laundry room services out there. And you know, buying your own laundry machines IS an option with financing.
