I live in Miami, Florida USA. Im the owner of a 2008 Bentley GTC and had the worst experience in my life with its parts. My fuel tank was punctured in may 2019. My mechanic shop through Braman Distributor in miami ordered a replacement tank in July 2019. We immediately paid around $10,000 which i thought was ridiculous price for a plastic tank. We received an incorrext tank as the delivery was for a Continental Coupe, not a GTC. Have been waiting patiently since then because they said that the ETA for the correct tank was december 20th 2019. Last week Ive heard the tank is going to get in production in february. This is a very sour experience for not being able to enjoy my Bentley for almost a year and had to lease another car for 800$ a month plus pay 70$ per day storage to my mechanic. This is becoming a terrible nightmare and before involving attorneys I wanted to write directly to you as I believe a brand like Bentley should be taking better care of their clients. I want to hear your opinion.
