STAY AWAY!!! Dealing with this company and the owner Jose Ortiz has been a nightmare.

Do yourself a favor, run in the other direction and hire any other company. It's ironic that the company is called "Why Pay More" instead it should be called "You'll Definitely Pay More". Dealing with this company and the owner Jose Ortiz has been a nightmare. This has been the worst service experience we've ever had. Jose has been nothing but difficult, rude, and unprofessional since the beginning. Unfortunately, he was chosen as our technician by our warranty company. That's the only way he can get work due to his inexperience and lack of people skills. He's been trying to cheat us and our warranty company to get the most money for the job by continuously making the job bigger and adding unnecessary modifications not covered by the warranty company. It originally started with the central AC running normally but not cooling the house as well as it should. Based on his first visit, the central AC was lacking in freon and he needed to do a leak test. When he came back the following week for the leak test, he claimed to have found a simple leak at the cap of the outdoor condenser and repaired it. He then refilled only 1/5 of the amount of freon the system needed and requested more from the insurance to finish filling the unit. Then the week after he came back to fill the unit with "freon" that was in a container labelled with a different coolant than the R-22 freon that our system needed. When we asked why, his worker said it was used freon he removed from another job. That's the only reason why he was able to get it for so cheap. When he tried to get the system up and running again, he burnt out the condenser and damaged the whole outdoor unit. He then refused to inform the warranty company unless we paid him for showing up even though we already covered the initial service call and were not responsible for anything else until the unit was repaired. He also refused to answer my calls or return them but spent the day harassing me and hiding behind text messages. After the company approved a new condenser, Jose took his time scheduling to come replace the unit. Then he strangely had an opening the day I tried contacting him for an update. When he was on his way to my house, he demanded we pay an additional $100 for him to show up. Then he was threatening to push me another week if we don't pay him for coming when he had an opening. His worker showed up to the house before him and we told his worker that we were about to call the company to request a new technician. Then as his worker was preparing to convert the upstairs inside air handler unit, he discovered that it was nonconvertible to the R-410A freon and would not work with the new condenser that was ordered (even though they should've known this from before when they had all the information about the upstairs unit as well). Jose never even showed up. This is when Jose took the opportunity to request a bunch of unneeded work from the warranty company which was not covered such as recovery (when there is nothing to recover being that the system was already empty), electric modifications (when all the electricity he needs is already there and working properly), copper modifications (which shouldn't cost much being that everything is mostly there), and filter dryer (when the new unit comes with one already). He was already getting paid for replacing the condenser and for the labor for the air handler but came back and requested an additional 3K from us. At that point we just wanted to get this job finished since we've been waiting on him for 6 weeks during this hot summer. He pushed us off another week until he said he was available to come for the job. Then the day before the job, to our surprise, he showed up unannounced at our door, requesting half the money beforehand in cash, and asking to check our attic. He then started to push for more money claiming he needed to replace ductwork when it was never mentioned before and it was working fine before all of this. When we told him we just wanted the job done with the current ductwork, he got rude and threatened not to finish the job which at this point we had enough of his dishonesty and told him we don't want to work with him anymore. So we finally contacted the warranty company and requested a new technician to be assigned. User's recommendation: Look elsewhere. Don't waste your time and money.
