Stapled together high priced furniture

We picked out 2 Loveseats and a oversized chair in the showroom. Paid for delivery and purchased a five year warranty. We believed the salesman. All were paid in full. My furniture came in cardboard boxes with staples everywhere. It is not what we picked out. It’s crooked, staples all through and cardboard. I have been begging them to take it back because the first repairman said it was “bad stuff”. Now the want to send another repair man even after the Sales Manager at the Newport News Va store they would take it back and I could pick out something else. They constantally lie to their customers. I have bought from them before but they have lost me as a customer if they do not make this right.
