Base plate on IComfort thermostat broke. Called and their standard answer is to call for service. Its a simple part and easy to replace. Lennox had the nerve to tell me to ask a friend in the business to buy it for me. The thermostat turns on and off now because of tab now missing. Thanks for nothing Lennox. Also, it loses connection to the internet constantly. User's recommendation: Go back to simple thermostats.
