I finally got through Customer Care and conveyed my information. I was able to extract info from the processor (filling in for regular?) that it could be a pinhole in the bag or that the chips were not dried completely. I was surprised that the title of custoners feedback is labeled bodily as PissedCustoner. While cute, it erodes the companys efforts to project a positive image with your clients nor dies it allow for a range of expression from mildly disappointed to pissed/outraged.
