Staff surfing the Internet

I turned to this bank on my friend’s advice. She has been using their services for more than 10 years. And she claimed she had never had any problems with their customer service. So I decided to make a try. My first experience was 100% positive. I came to the branch in the morning. There was a line but not so long. My turn came in about 5 minutes. The teller was friendly and smiley. He told me about their terms and fees and I agreed to open an account. The procedure took about 30 minutes. I left the branch in a good mood and had no problems after that until today. When I came there today after work there was only one teller serving customers. There was another one at work too. But she was very busy working on the computer. At first I did not pay attention to that, but later I saw that she was busy with texting. That was an unpleasant surprise. Their managers should pay more attention to monitoring their staff

I will defend this bank,the staff is so careful and helpful. I don't think they have time to surf the internet idly.
