Advisor fired me and did not contribute my 3% into my SRA for over a year. My email is still active. As of last week another employee was using my sign on. I cannot get another job still being active at Stephen Sayers & Associates due to Randall Rice, nor can I rollover because my money is incorrect and yet to be fixed. Can you help me please? Everyone has access to everyone's computer. We all have each other's passwords. Which does not meet compliance. I'll be glad to let you know where those are kept as well. The server is actually the computer I was forced to use, too cheap to purchase another one. I am in a mess with my money at Ameriprise due to the ‘new owner' and I need this fixed ASAP in order to rollover to a new company before I can even begin. All because the new ‘owner' is not doing his job. Imagine what he's like with your clients if an employees money isn't even correct? Thank you, Nicole S Reinhardt
