Worst customer service, I am really sorry I ordered from thus company I purchased two items and both were defective especially the spy pen camera. I connected to pc and after having it work for 1 whole day the next day the camera record button never stayed on. Contacted them from day 2 now at day 7 they said they will not accept the return and will stop communication with me and threatened me via email that if I state on any reviews or sites of their lousy products and awful customer service they will sue me, how can you sue for slander when it's the truth. I gave all emails to back up my interactions with this company.
