Coldwater Creek has always had the lovliest fashions and reliable service, but this is no longer the case. In fact, just trying to get the four articles of clothing I ordered two months ago is exasperating. Especially so when no one at Coldwater Creek chooses to answer my question. They cannot be reached by telephone or email, and when entering the order number at their site I'm told the "verified" order number is not valid. So there is virtually no way of reaching them even though we paid for the goods. Three of the articles of clothing have come to me sporadically, and I'm still waiting for a blouse to arrive. I don't expect deliver overnight, but I do expect to receive all items ordered in the same package in a timely manner. I would think that two weeks should be long enough to wait for the full order. I see that the items are supposed to ship from Florida. I've also read that the original Coldwater Creek sold to another group. It appears the the new Coldwater is really messing things up bad. Right now however I would like to get the blouse I paid for and be done with this group. It's very disappointing this has happened to Coldwater Creek. They have become most unreliable and uncommunicative.
