Spoiled meats

I sent out Father's Day gifts to my brother in Pa and my 2 sons in Calif..None of the pkgs had dry ice and all meats were spoiled and had to be thrown out..I don't think I will order anything from Tender Filet again a d I will not recommend them to any of my friends User's recommendation: Never.
