Tuesday, June 18, 2019. El Paso, Texas. Intersection of Doniphan Rd. @ Redd Rd. Just witnessed, and wouldn't be the first time, a south bound (into the city) train running incredibly fast in a residential area. I don't have a radar gun but that thing was MOVING. I estimate it to be in the 55-60 mph zone, and the speed limit for vehicles running parallel on Doniphan is 45mph.
