Speak to supervisor regarding license

It would have been my sixth delivery with the company and Ive used the same ID every single time. It is expired but accurate in information. I still live in the same address and Im still over 21. I use that because I lost my license and I dont have a passport or any other form of id. I completely understand rules are there for a reason but Im thoroughly annoyed that the first 5 drivers made no fuss whatsoever. Whoever my driver was that followed the protocol should be highly praised. Now Id just like the money that was taken out of my account put back and Im a happy camper :) User's recommendation: Your id needs to be valid.
