Hello Sir, I own a ford focus titanium 2018, my incident is simply i need to change car battery but it's not available in the maintenance center. and they told me that i have to wait one month and half so they can get abroad. i have parked my car at center since 5th of November and i have to wait till 15th of December to get the car fixed, with crossed fingers for no other delays. Hope you understand that this really unacceptable by any mean, to wait one month half because of the battery only. Thanks
