I want to warn anyone who may call Southwest Cab in Brookpark, Ohio. To keep it simple, call a different company. My friends and I ordered a cab from them for 5 people. After the estimated 45 minute wait, we called back to check on it. At this time we were told they could not accomodate 5 people. Eventually the manager told me to "ENJOY MY WALK" and hung up. I was not rude to her in any way to provoke this response. When I complained to the Better Business Bureau, Southwest Cab provided nothing more than continuous unprofessionalism in their responses and just insulted me over and over. I've never been so disgusted!
