I purchased leather sofa and loveseat from Haynes. 40 days after receiving I noticed it had a hole in the leather on the side panel where a nail has punctured through the side. Several other places on the seam line are coming apart now. I bet we have sat in this furniture 6 time. I contacted Haynes customer service and have been given the WORST customer experience I have ever received. I can not even get a call back without harassing them daily. Finally I spoke with someone and was told a thread was oversewn and they will send me a new piece. I don't think I understand the whole couch is faking apart after 40 days. It's been the biggest nightmare experience ever!!! Stay away!!!
