Only a flooring company can [protected]@ up installing flooring! That's Empire. They will lie and tell you anything to sell you flooring! Spent $$$$$$ for sound proof flooring that's don't deliver on the sales person promise! They won't rectify my problem. I was guaranteed that the sound proof flooring I bought was going to eliminate 100% of noises from my tenants above us and it provided 0%. There was no padding or anything between the old subflooring and the new one I had to pay a additional 2k for that may of made a difference.
