I ordered 3 items, using the catalog measuring guide for size. Two of the items were much too large. I kept one item. Returned the other 2, one for credit, one for the right size, using the shipping document inside the box. NOTHING -- no response. Their customer service representatives are overseas and they are not at all helpful. They could not tell me if the return box was received, and they could/would not give me the phone number for corporate headquarters. Im sorry I didnt see this site earlier. I will never order from them again. helpful.
