SOOOOO NOT HAPPY!!!!!

A service person came to our vacation rental property. DID NOT CALL to say he arrived. The guest let him in the door and he serviced the wrong refrigerator. THIS COMPANY REFUSED to send him back. We were charged over $200.00 dollars and still have a broken refrigerator in our unit. There are 2 units. We requested a repair for a refrigerator that was not cooling. The refrigerator he fixed WAS COOLING!!!! He never called? AND NOW THIS COMPANY IS REFUDING TO FIX THE ACTUAL BROKEN REFRIGERATOR. We have guests arriving in a few days. THEY REFUSE TO TAKE OUR COMPLAINT and say were are responsible for this mistake because we didn't tell them we had to units in the beach house. WE DID NOT RECEIVE A CALL THAT THE REPAIR GUY ARRIVED. I will continue to escalate this to the CEO of this company if I do not get this resolved. I WILL share on all social media what occurred and with all of my short term rental groups in the gulf coast area as well as all family and friends in other regions. I will be send this entire complaint to the BBB. I NEED RESOLVE AND QUICK! User's recommendation: DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! NEVER NEVER NEVER.
