I had been using Picture People for 14 years, so it was inconvenient to go to Garden City but it was worth it until last year. I brought two grandson's to get a 10 x 13 each. The guy looked just like the father in the news for abusing his upteen children which was *** He wasn't personable and he caused me to buy access to the photo shoot, which I did not want. I either did not realize how bad the lighting was or didn't looked but they are horrible. Not remembering or knowing how bad these pics were, I went last October. It wasn't until the end that I was told that she didn't have the equipment to produce that size but gave me a disc of the shoot and told me she would call me as soon as she received it. That was 3 months ago. Several messages not returned and an email to the company unanswered. What a shame!
