You guys listed the house on Zillow. It was not ready and wont pass FHA inspection.The sellers agent has lied in writing. I want the house, is why im sticking with it. But this whole deal is a breech of contract, one after another. I have a god knows when closing date because the house needs repairs.just mad that the house is not a viable home at this point. And I've already spent 3000 waiting for them to fix mistakes. User's recommendation: I guess don't trust zillow, you may or may not get the truth.
