Regarding two events unrelated sponsored by Eventbrite ...after filling in everything, including payments,I could not at the end, hit the button to submit...I checked many times at both events and all numbers correct and the final submission still would not go through both events. I need someone to contact me. I go to one event every week and it is exhausting having to pay another way. Other sites I have no problems with and use a lot of Zoom sites I pay for. PS One was a three-day summit on zoom that was booked but when space opened up...... I had to immediately sign up. For 3 times I had an opportunity, and could not submit the payment and as a result, lost out on this important seminar I needed. User's recommendation: I received no response and certainly I can not have a call to a real person. I would avoid ever using Eventbrite for setting up an event with this kind of customer service.
