10015 Hilaro Springs Rd. Little Rock, AR. 72206 Frequent outages over last several months. I believe started around March 2021 Equipment change or her address moved to over crowded grid? Her electricity goes out very frequently. It is not due to weather. She is elderly and needs air condition or heat whichever time of year it happens to be. Not to mention, ref. Food.
