Someone used my phone email and card to buy tickets and i need a refund

I am handicapped and just realized that someone used my phone and bought 2 tickets to a meet and greet for Struggle jennings on may 2. I did not tell them they could they used my phone because my card is automatically linked in it and they emailed the tickets to their self from my email. This was an almost $200 charge please refund my money and cancel the tickets
