This person has made five accounts, each with my personal real name & then typing very mean things to me. As well as putting my personal information out repetitively. I kept blocking but they kept making more accounts with my private info. My question I suppose is - can I ban an IP address? Is there someone I can tell so that this IP address gets banned? I just am scared that I will be put in real danger with my personal info coming out
