I go to this bank every week since it is right near my place. Sometimes tellers are nice and helpful, but sometimes they can be rude. And there are always 2–3 tellers who are sitting behind the counter and are not serving clients. There are customers standing in huge lines and they seem to be busy with their personal affairs. Shouldn’t they WORK when being at WORK? But I should give at least two stars since there are many nice tellers as well. The last time one of them helped me with fixing one serious problem in less than 5 minutes. She was really nice! Unfortunately I forgot her name. So I cannot thank her in person.
