Soleus dehumidifier quit working

The unit ran real good for 4 months. I then put it in storage over the winter and brought it out in April. It wouldn't dry the air so I contacted the company and a lady, Irene D. emailed me and said to mail 6 inches on the end of the plug in. When she got the plugin she said it would take 6 weeks to get my refund. 6 weeks was up June 15th and I can't get a hold of anyone.
