I also purchase my New Balance 608's two at a time for a discount. I have been wearing them as my work shoes for years. I purchased them because they were the only ones durable tenought to hold up to my work in home repairs. I have had the sole come unglued on the last three pairs. I currently am using shoe goo tand clamps. REALLY New Balance! I broke open my last pair in inventory as my third pair allows the glue to cure. This third pair I am referring to has not even barely gotten dirty. I hate change, but I would be a fool to give them a fith chance as I sit here with my $6 glue putting my shoes back together.
