I've been wearing Skechers for almost 15 years for fibromylagia and now a rare spinal arthritic condition called Ankylosing Spondylitis. Wearing shoes that take the weight off my spine are a necessity. I've NEVER looked at any reviews for Skechers because I've been a customer for over a decade, that is until now. This is now the 2nd pair of ShapeUps that the soles are splitting and tearing away from the shoe, and these pair is the first day of wearing them. The first pair, I thought, okay, I just got a defect. It happens even to the best of companies. BUT TWO PAIRS! SERIOUSLY DISAPPOINTED IN THE QUALITY, OR RATHER INEXCUSABLE QUALITY OF THIS COMPANIES SHOES NOW. I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU NEXT. User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY SKECHERS UNLESS THEY CORRECT.
