John Robertson Nissan, Manchester, TN: Sold us a used car Nissan Sentra 2013 which has transmission issue and was in car fax report taken at same location in Jan 2019, car was sold to us in dec 2019 without providing information about latest car fax report done by themselves . Due to pandemic car was used only locally and went on interstates hardly, after few months car was stopped in the middle of road three times and went for Nissan of murfreesboro to know what happened. Then they gave us a proof that it already has transmission issue and was in car fax report taken in Jan 2019 with the same dealer you bought the car. When contacted the John Robertson they said it was from Sara department we will not have that information which we did not expect. Luckily no one was hurt when the car was stopped in middle of no where on the road. We need justice on this whether the car needs to be taken back with the total amount we paid or should replace with the new transmission, as it was their fault . If needed we can provide the proof that Nissan of murfreesboro gave us the report of transmission issue
