Hi I recently purchased a CPO 2015 WRX from Orange Coast Subaru. I am not happy with the dealership at all. I bought a CPO with a modified exhaust system and it had a tune on it. Plus an aftermarket clutch. Out of the 6 weeks I’ve had the car 3 of them its been with the dealership. I had a bad throwout bearing, after they replaced it, I had a loud banging noise coming under the driver seat. They found out it was the clutch arm THAT THEY LEFT LOOSE during the install of the new throw out bearing. They left the pitch stop loose it shows on the paper work. During that time when they gave me the car back I was told I had a leaking donut gasket from the exhaust, when I brought the car back to fix the banging noise from the clutch arm I asked them to check it out. They did and they found out I had an after market exhaust on the car that was leaking. I am wondering how I got sold a CPO with an aftermarket exhaust system that was leaking plus a bad throw out bearing. I am not happy that one of you’re dealerships sold me a CPO with aftermarket parts. To make matter worse the paint was messed up on the top of the car by the sunroof the rear view mirrors were loose and also the front windshield is not from Subaru. i have a popping noise when I engage the clutch or disengage, I have a coping noise when I turn the steering wheel also. I am very upset because I paid sticker price for the car and I’ve had to deal with many things that the PENSKE SUBARU dealership should have picked up on before they sold this car! I paid what they wanted for the car and have been dealing with many messed up things with the car since then. Is there anything you guys can do to help me out!? Id love to keep the car but we need to make things right. And I would like not to go back to Orange Coast but I would like to try out Irvine Subaru, I have friends who go there and recommend it to me. If you need any further info like VIN or receipts I have everything.Thank you!
