I Purchased a 2003 Lexus Lx 470 over the internet for 22, 941 dollars only because I was promised that the vehicle was in good shape and had no problems whatsoever. The salesman sent me 4 pictures which later I found out were showing everything but the damage. The salesman was very convincing and I unfortunatly believed him. When the car was finally delivered to me I was in shock.There must be a mistake. This cant be the car I just paid nearly 23, 000 dollars for. But it was. I ended up taking them to small claims court in vegas and lost. I had so much evidence perry mason would have been proud. You dont go to a town that is already broke and expect to win a case. I clearly proved misrepresentation and violation of the consumer guarantees act but the judge did not want to hear about it. Now i am into this piece of @#$% for a whole lot more and want to alert the public about this Autonation dealership.
