The amount of worry, time, stress dealing with this company is beyond words. After the windows were installed we noticed draughts in and around the window. We rang the salesman who came out to sell us the windows, all of a sudden his attitude went from cant do enough . . .to cant be bothered. We rang the "service dept" . . . the relevant person was never there . . we had numerous promises assuring us of a return call . . that never came. Eventually we spoke got someone to come out who essentially spread more unsightly calking around the frames . . but the draughts persisted. Contacted them again . . . guess what . . . Im waiting on a return call . . . that I expect we will never receive . .
