solar refund

2

Just received my bill dated 9/23/2020. I used 220 kwh. Through my outflow meter I generated 783 kwh. T he difference of 563 kwh was kept by peco. I have had solar for two years and peco has kept all of my thousands of outflow kwh. I was told that peco Was required to buy back my outflow. Is that correct? I am billed through north american power I can see that peco did not credit my outflow to them. Does peco simply keep my excess as a profit for them? Larry rottenberk 3650 n.
