I placed my order for MS Office Home and Student, on line for a immediate down load at 8:02 AM its now 9:35 AM I have not gotten the promised email for the down load, I have called Customer service and Tec Support, several times over the past 1 1/2 hours all I get is Voice mail and I have emailed as well and have received nothing but my payment confirmation. They took my money in seconds but no one can pick up the phone or get me the product I bought. After I placed my order I checked BBB and found other concerns, beware !
