Hi I have been trying to reach support and have not been able to reach anyone at the Silhouette Company please help me!! My telephone is 575-571-**** email torres1391@***.com. I bought a laptop and I downloaded my business version of the program and cannot use it, whenever I open the program it will go back to screen than get an error message stating it has to close, then it also states close without saving I really need help please help me.
