We bought a Cindy Crawford sofa at Rooms To Go. It was expensive($1100 sofa and ottoman). Ten months later it is uncomfortable to sit on. It's too soft and hurts your lower back. RTG will send a tech to say nothing is wrong or the obvious but won't refund. Only repair or replace. It's been our experience that most sofas do not hold up very long no matter the price. User's recommendation: Go cheap it doesn't bother you as bad when you get rid of it.
